TIMING OF OCCUPATION
*IMPORTANT: Bookings are nor binding unless they are accepted and confirmed by the house management and the up-front payment is made by the client.
NORMATIVA:
UP-FRONT PAYMENT
For a booking to be effective the client must send a Postal Draft or make a Bank transfer to the house management equivalent to 40% of the price fixed for the requested period. To avoid confusions, clients are kindly asked to specify in their pre-payment the name of the person booking the house and the number of people in the group, as well as arrival and leaving dates.
PRICES
Prices are VAT-inclusive. They entitle guests to make use of bed linen and towels, as well as electricity and heating. The price of services above stated refers to the number of overnight stays or days booked, from 5pm on arrival date and departure by 12am of the leaving day.
The whole cost of the stay shall be settled upon arrival in the house.
OTHERS
Cleanliness and tidiness in the house shall be the guests’ responsibility while they are staying in the house.
The intended presence of accompanying animals must be notified in advance to the house management asking for their approval.
